HOW WE CAN HELP

We provide a full range of organisational review services including:

  • Total Facilities Management (TFM)
  • Supply-chain advisory
  • Outsourcing
  • Strategic partnering
  • Systems and procedures
  • Benchmarking

We work with clients to review their organisational approach to property as well as the physical property resource to drive savings and performance improvement.

After expenditure on staff, the property and property-related services supply-chain is often the largest overhead for many organisations. This can present specific challenges due to the long-term nature of commitments required, technical complexity and apparent inflexibility.

Our work will typically look at the base line position of how the property services function is managed at present; the balance delivered in-house and outsourced; the organisation of an in-house function, and how this interacts with, and responds to, core business operations.

We are internationally recognised for the innovative solutions as evidenced by CoreNet and BIFM award nominations.

EXPERIENCE

Our work in this area has covered advice in connection with various outsourcing delivery models, including strategic partnering to support the continued transformation of public sector services and contractual and corporate partnerships with private sector suppliers, developers and investors.

  • Sussex NPS Partnership Foundation Trust
  • Metropolitan Police
  • Homes & Communities Agency
  • Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council
