Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has renewed and rebranded its exclusive arrangement with Proprius as its affiliate in Greece.
Proprius has been Cushman & Wakefield’s Greek partner since 2010. The formal affiliate appointment follows the 2015 global merger of Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ. Cushman & Wakefield Proprius provides industry leading advisory services including agency, investment, asset management and valuation in the key commercial markets of retail, offices and industrial. It also acts as Cushman & Wakefield's service delivery partner for Cyprus.

In August it agreed an exclusive affiliation with Excellerate Property Services in sub-Saharan Africa, named Cushman & Wakefield Excellerate. Its long standing partner in Ireland, DTZ Sherry FitzGerald, was also confirmed as its Irish affiliate and rebranded to Cushman & Wakefield in September.
