We are proud to have been part of the Marylebone police station project, as joint development and office leasing advisor to The Portman Estate.  

The former Marylebone police station, located at 1-9 Seymour Street, is now a 78,500 sq ft mixed-use building designed by Eric Parry Architects, comprising 32,000 sq ft of fully let offices over five floors, 21,200 sq ft educational premises, 24 residential units (all pre-sold) and a ground and lower ground floor restaurant of approximately 4,500 sq ft.
